Chef Daniel Jimenez came here as a professional chef after traveling the world. He was brought up in the restaurant business, and has more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. His family owns Old Heidelberg German Restaurant in San Antonio. He was previously a sous chef at P.F. Chang’s, Kona Grill, and various hotels in San Antonio. He was executive chef at Sonterra Country Club and Macaroni Grill.
